As an RN and then in my career managing public health programs and leading through several public health emergencies at the federal level in Canada, I’ve had first-hand experience with heavy workloads and the pressure to perform.

Although I loved my work, in 2019 I knew it was time to shift my journey to use my talent and experience to empower others through coaching. Coaching has allowed me to reconnect more fully with my passion for helping people directly, and this journey has also allowed me to heal, find my joy, and re-ignite my zest for living.

I want that for you! Let’s work together to find your path forward and transform your life from overwhelmed and stressed to healthy, happy, and whole.

As a certified professional coach, I use reflection, inquiry, and mindfulness to help you gain a greater understanding of yourself and your leadership to reach your goals. A natural-born listener, Mary Anne made the leap from corporate marketing to creative entrepreneurship in 2004. Immediately, she discovered that what excited her most was partnering with creative types in industries from entertainment and education to not-for-profits and tech.

Driven by her passion for helping her collaborators reach their full potential, she expanded her writing business into a coaching practice and earned certification through the Co-Active Training Institute, the global leader in professional coaching. Her company, Creative Force Consulting, gives clients the space and grace to share their stories and unleash their personal strength and creativity to make a positive impact in the world.

When she’s not listening to her clients’ stories, Mary Anne enjoys listening to pretty much every genre of music.

How much time is required each week to do the program?

The minimum time commitment is watching a 1-hour video once per week for the first 7 weeks and doing a combined total of 15 minutes per day of practice guided by the Positive Intelligence app designed for this program, as well as attending a 1-hour group coaching session each week for 10 weeks.

This might sound like a lot of time. In fact, cumulatively, it accounts for a tiny fraction of your awake time. Consider how much more time and productivity you will save for years to come if you make this commitment.

How fast can I expect to see results?

Knowledge and insight come easily. And they contribute about 20% to making real, sustainable change in our lives. The other 80% requires us to build the muscles necessary to achieve the change we’re looking for. Past participants who have invested time and effort in watching the videos and completing the daily challenges have reported increased feelings of calm, being less critical of themselves, being more productive and having more energy.

Should I do this program with my spouse or family?

The focus of the program is on individual development, and many participants wish they could share what they are learning with those they care most about as they see the difference it is making in their own lives.

This experience, however, is designed exclusively for women to participate as individuals. If you are interested in having your spouse participate, we would be happy to refer them to another coach offering this program. If you are a parent of a mature teen or young adult children, and wish to do this program as a family, please reach out for a conversation to assess your needs. We’ll let you know if we can design something for you or refer you to another coach.

Should we participate as a team?
